Happiness is....

Happiness is having people around town who appreciate my art and support me in various ways. One way is to share with me the  sea glass and/or seashells that they collect on their beach walks. A lot of people like to pick it up because it's fun to find but they don't really have a use for it. That's where I come in. Between my sea glass trees, bowls and cards and now my seashell bowls I'm always happy to accept contributions to my creativity.

Today I was blessed - we'll see how blessed I'm feeling as I'm sorting all this - to receive an abundance of shells that had been collected by a gentleman, Joe, who is no longer with us. His friend told me that Joe used to create castles and such with the shells and he felt that Joe would love that I receive his shells to continue to create beautiful things with them.
