It's all about the lessons we learn along the way. The original video I saw was about using modge podge and rope to create bowls. At the time I didn't have any modge podge so I used white glue to create sea glass bowls. They turned out very well but I decided to get some modge podge and do it in the "proper" way as shown in the video. Well I've got to say I'm not impressed with the modge podge. It's taking days to dry and even now it's still soft and flexible so I can't "unmold" it from the bowl it was created over to let the inside dry. I've had to place it into a bowl of rice so I can remove the "mold bowl" and allow the inside to air dry without having the bowl sag due to it's continued softness. With the white glue it dried within hours and I was able to unmold and allow it to dry from both sides on the same day. The white glue creates a very firm bowl. I think I'll go back to creating with glue and use the modge podge for other things. #seaglassbowls #seaglassartist #seaglassartwork #seaglasscollector #myrockpaperart
